 Job Profile of the Month Pebble Beach Apartments Lake Mary, Florida Pebble Beach Apartments in Lake Mary, Florida had a special type of roofing surface not often seen in Florida. From the ground these roofs look to be regular Spanish barrel tile. In actuality they are a very specialized metal roofing system that is covered with ceramic aggregate much like a shingle roof.
The manager of the community was convinced that cleaning the roofs was the last great step in completing a great curb appeal. Pebble Beach has well maintained landscape, newly painted buildings, two club houses with pools, and many other great amenities. The missing piece of the puzzle was the roofs needed cleaned.
