If you received an fax advertisement from us your fax number was obtained in these ways.

1. We are members of a trade association you are also a member of.
2. You have called us in the past and asked for a proposal.
3. You are a past customer of either TerraClean or Mallard Systems.
4. You are a current customer of TerraClean.
5. You attended a trade show where we displayed our product and registered with us.

If you received an advertisement fax and wish to be removed from future fax campaigns follow these steps.

1. Prepare an e-mail to aclockyer@terraclean.us
2. In that e-mail list all possible fax numbers you have. It is common that old fax numbers are call forwarded into  your current fax number. If you give us the newer number it may not be in our database. If we can not find the number you send us in our database it can not be removed.
3. Please include any names you can imagine the fax number might be from.
4. Please include your name and title. Fax numbers will not be removed unless the ultimate person in authority   asks for it to be done. This avoids fax number removal by whim or mood. Remember we do use your fax
number for business purposes also.
5. Please place in the subject line of the e-mail " fax number removal".

If you are receiving multiple fax transmissions please follow steps 1 - 4 above include as much information as you can. What industry your in, etc. Please include your phone number so I may call and ask for further information to correct the problem.

5. Your step five is to place in the subject line of the e-mail " multiple fax correction".

TerraClean usually sends fax advertisements bi-monthly. We are a legitimate responsible, company and ask for your business. If there is no real reason to be removed from our list please do not hastily ask for removal. You never know when you may need us and one of our fax advertisements reminds you of that cleaning project on your "to do" list.
