| Assist the sales and
marketing manager with marketing programs, Proposals, Mailings, Trade
Shows, Customer Follow-up, etc. You will also maintain a
large file system as well as a database. You must be fluent
in the Microsoft Office Suite of software. You will also aid
the other sales staff with presentations and proposals.

| This position is for a
full time service manager that will manage worksites,
personnel as well as company resources and equipment. The position is on-call
meaning that as a manager you will be available whenever
your crews are in the field. You will be responsible for
the scheduling of the work as well as implementation of the
crews and resources to complete the work. You will need a
good mechanical knowledge for care and repair of equipment.
A working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of
software is needed. Hours are full-time
Monday through Friday, weekends are required from time to
time as well as some third shift work. On occasion crews
travel out of town. You must have a clean driving record.

| Supervising technician on
a cleaning truck / crew. You will be responsible for one of
our spray trucks, its equipment and one helper. Your duties
will include cleaning of commercial buildings roofs and
exteriors. You will also be required from time to time to
work directly with customers coordinating our cleaning
efforts. Hours are full-time Monday through Friday, weekends
are required from time to time as well as some third shift
work. On occasion crews travel out of town. You must have a
