TerraClean uses an exclusive chemical system for cleaning roofs and exteriors. TerraClean is the only company licensed for this application in the Southern States. The first chemical is sodium hypo chloride, also known as bleach.

The TerraClean System chemicals are safe. We do however encourage our customers to use good common sense and exercise personal responsibility when around our work sites. Bleach will ruin clothing and personal property! Do not expose any personal property to our work site. Use good personal judgment. The chemicals in the Mallard System are biodegradable. These chemicals break down into carbon and or water within 10 days of their introduction into the environment around your property. This is not a recent development. TerraClean's chemicals have been produced in this biodegradable form for over a decade.
